Annual renewal & verification

I authorize NON-BS Project to charge $1,299 today for the annual membership, plus any additional testing charges shown in my final order, and $1,299 every 12 months until canceled. I understand how to cancel before renewal, that unused eligible testing credits expire, and that approval to use the verification mark is not guaranteed.

Live checkout must show the actual first charge, renewal date, cancellation terms, and any tax or shipping charges before payment. Testing quotes requiring review must be confirmed separately.
